APOLLO 13K AND SATURN 5K VIRTUAL RUN
Step One: Register
The Apollo 13K virtual run offers two divisions : the Saturn 5K and the Apollo 13K
Step Two: Run
Once you have registered, you can begin running the distance you registered for. Make sure to save your run proof for your submission. Please see below for acceptable forms of proof.
Step Three: Submit
Deadlines to submit:
If you were originally registered for the Apollo 13k or Saturn 5k event on April 11, 2020 and transferred to the virtual event, the deadline for submissions are May 31st.
If you originally registered for the virtual event, the deadline for your submission is July 31st.

Please submit all of the required information to email@example.com. Once you have submitted this information, our staff will confirm your email within 3-5 business days.

Step Four: Wait
Once you have submitted your run proof to firstname.lastname@example.org and your submission has been approved, you will be added to our mailing list. Virtual packets take 2-3 weeks to be mailed out.
Q: What do you mean by run proof?
A: All runners who are registered for the virtual event must send proof that they ran. There are apps and devices that will track your run for you. The most popular apps / devices we see in our submissions include but are not limited to, Fitbit app, Garmin, a treadmill, and MapMyRun.
Q: Does the distance have to be run all at once?
A: Runners can break the total distance into as many individual runs as desired. The only requirement is that when added together, the distance of all the runs equals the distance you registered for.
Q: What swag will I receive?
A: Runners who were transferred from the April 11, 2020 event to the virtual run (Saturn 5k and Apollo 13K) will receive a medal, bib, and shirt. Runners who registered for the virtual run will receive a medal and bib.
Q: Are the shirts for this event unisex sizes?
A: YES! All of the shirts for this event (Apollo 13K and Saturn 5K) have unisex sizing.
Q: What is the minimum age for the virtual run?
A: There is no minimum age for the virtual run
Q: What does the medal look like?
A: The medal for the Saturn 5k and the Apollo 13k will be this year's commemorative logo.
Q: What does the shirt look like?
A: The shirt's for the Apollo 13k will have this year's logo printed on the front. There will be nothing on the back of the shirt. The Saturn 5k will also have this year's logo printed on the front.There will be nothing on the back of the shirt.
